Guidelines and codes of conduct in keeping with our corporate ethics
To fulfil its social responsibilities, DEVELOP undertakes to comply with all relevant laws and regulations and to adhere to all internal guidelines and codes of conduct, and to always act in keeping with corporate ethics. This principle forms the basis of the guidelines for our employees' conduct (corporate behaviour), which all DEVELOP employees must observe. Our social responsibility principles are shown in the boxes to the right, entitled Corporate Behaviour and Corporate Philosophy.
 
DEVELOP is committed to socially responsible action and will not tolerate activities that are contrary to our social responsibility and which could harm DEVELOP's reputation.
DEVELOP employees, as well as customers and business partners, can help DEVELOP to fulfil its social responsibilities. These individuals and/or groups of people are entitled and encouraged to notify any breach of the social responsibility principles. DEVELOP undertakes to refrain from any disciplinary or repressive action in respect of individuals or groups of informants.

Complete confidentiality is guaranteed when you contact the ombudsman (protection of confidentiality). As a lawyer, the ombudsman is subject to the lawyer's duty of secrecy. The informant's identity can only be revealed with their express permission.
