Corporate philosophy

Guidelines and code of conduct in keeping with our corporate ethics
Ethical principles are an important part of Develop's vision and philosophy. Develop's reputation in the business world is one of our most valuable assets, which is significantly affected by our business conduct.

Develop strives not only to harmonise its business practices with the local economic and social priorities, but also with its own code of conduct which applies to the whole group of companies.

One fundamental objective is our expectation that we maintain the highest ethical principles in all fields of activity. These principles apply to all corporate activities in every market we serve. The aim of this guideline is to heighten ethical awareness in the company and to provide basic guidelines for various situations in which ethical matters come into play.

Employees are open and honest and fulfil their obligations. They are fair and reliable partners and only make such commitments as they can keep. This applies equally to internal collaboration and business dealings with external partners.

Develop wishes to work with customers and suppliers who have a sound attitude to business and a flawless reputation. Develop will not knowingly support any public or private organisations that manifest discriminatory principles or practices and it expects of its employees that they will carry out their duties in a morally responsible manner, with honesty, sincerity and integrity.

It is a fundamental principle at Develop that there is compliance, without exception, with all agreements and procedures, as well as all prevailing laws. No Develop director, manager or employee is authorised to break laws or induce other employees or third parties to break them.

Every Develop employee is responsible for complying with these guidelines. Breaches of the guidelines will lead to appropriate action under employment law, which can extend to termination of employment.

Laws and customs vary greatly worldwide. All employees are obliged to act with integrity abroad in exactly the same way as they would in their home country. It is essential that when conducting business transactions abroad, employees know and  comply with foreign provisions and national laws with regard to foreign trade, e.g. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Dynamic Balance
We are a company with dedicated employees. Our general principle is “Dynamic Balance”. “Dynamic” stands for strong innovative power in the product area and the readiness and ability to flexibly respond to the requirements of the market and our customers. “Balance” in interacting with our customers and sales partners: unrestricted customer satisfaction and a fair relationship with our business partners are our ultimate goals.
