Guidelines and codes of conduct in keeping with our corporate ethics
As far as Develop is concerned, sustainable economic, social and ecological action are indispensable features of our corporate culture. This also includes integrity in the way we deal with our business partners, employees, and the public. Our guidelines are based on this principle, which is why we always base our strategies and daily business on high ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations.

The public image of our Group and Group companies is significantly influenced by the appearance, actions and behaviour of each individual employee, who thus make a joint contribution to our company - as part of a group and individually - enjoying a high standing and good reputation.
 
These guidelines are minimum standards and binding rules which all Develop employees must observe. The intention is that the guidelines should help to deal with ethical and legal challenges in the course of day-to-day business.
